Let’s face it; Mother Earth is in a bad shape. Her resources are being depleted at a rate much faster than she can regenerate them and her atmosphere is getting clogged and torn apart in places far too many to count. I don’t think I need to tell you who the culprit is. Sure, none of us invented electricity, nor does anyone of us have patents on automobiles or deodorants or petroleum. However, the simple fact that we use these things makes us as much a part of the crime as the ones who invented the use of such things. Alright, no need to feel so low, get yourself a solar panel kit if you really wish to repent!

If you plan to start from scratch by collecting the required raw-materials then there is nothing like it and the costs can also be minimized. However, it must be borne in mind that you are a novice at this and may not understand all the nuances of building a solar panel on your own. This effort is a chance, and you could either succeed or fail. However, if you buy a DIY solar panel kit from a nearby hardware shop, the solar panels can be easily assembled even by just anyone who is screw driver literate. It’s the best way that you can opt for contributing to the environment in a positive manner and get your home turn green.

This solution for having a green home is easily available in various local hardware stores. Care should be taken to remember to collect the kit and pay for the same, in order to avoid the repercussions of spending time in the jail.

You will most likely find all the raw materials within, from solar cells to wires to nuts and bolts. All you really need to do is follow the instructions and put the pieces together. There is no need to call for professional help; all that you need, can be found within the kit and all instructions are going to be laid out for you. It may take you a while to get everything down, but once you get in the groove, things will start soaring.

Buying a solar panel kit will cost you more than building one from scratch on your own. And who knows, your solar panel might not work at all. However, unless you know exactly what to look for and where to find it, going the DIY route is always the best option. You may end up hurting yourself and you may end up paying for things that you have no idea how to put together.

So, considering all things, it might just be best to buy solar panel kits and put them together by following the instructions within. Not only is this the easiest method, it is also the safest. Sure, you will end up paying slightly more, but the results are going to leave your pretty much satisfied.

Another thing that you should consider is the fact that these kits offer an unmatched quality of products. Your DIY project may be more customized and expensive, but be prepared to sacrifice for the precision work that you can expect out of professionally made kits. The end result guarantees success and the overall quality is never compromised on. You get the best of both worlds and you get a head start in the business of saving Earth!

Procuring these solar panel kits will help you to take your first step on the ladder of success. Just a little knowledge of construction will help you to use these kits. These solar panel kits have dual advantages. Not only do they account for the restriction of your conventional power bills but also they help you to contribute your small efforts in saving mother earth.

The use of these solar power kits is really appreciable. And once you get to understand these DIY kits, it becomes easier for you to try making such solar panels from scratch. These kits will educate you on their working principles, thereby giving you a close insight into solar panels.

There are many things to do in order to save energy. You will glad to read the post on DIY solar panel kits.Learning how to build solar panels at home can save you a lot of money but, there are other renewable energy sources that can help save you money as well.

In a minute I'm going to discuss a solar panel do it yourself solar system, but in the meantime, I have something else to share.

In a minute I’m going to discuss a solar panel do it yourself solar system, but in the meantime, I have something else to share.

Right now, the price of energy is already through the freekin’ roof. And, we know that our current (nonrenewable) energy supplies are finite. They are dwindling. So, as the supplies continue to dwindle, what do you think is going to happen to the the already high price of energy? (Hint: We haven’t seen anything, yet.)

The shocking reality is most of the nations in the world have become enslaved to a global energy policy that makes no sense whatsoever. If you are waiting for the government to change things, you better not hold your breath.

The president of the USA in the late 1970′s tried to move us away from this insane energy policy and into the direction of solar and renewable energy. He had a vision for our future that would have put us n a far better place today, if we had stayed the course.

We didn’t stay the course; not even for a little while. The very next president came in and tore down the solar panels the previous president had put on the white house (that happened to be look quite a bit like the solar panel do it yourself solar system), and he dismantled the energy program that was going to move us to energy freedom by now. That new president was completely owned by the energy companies, as has been every president since him.

So where does that put us today? We are fiscally and morally bankrupt and teetering on the edge of the greatest depression yet. It didn’t have to be this way. It could be so different.

So, what are we going to do? What are YOU going to do? What are you going to do for your family and your children and grandchildren? What is to be your legacy for your family?

Here is what you can’t do: sit around on your duff and wait for someone to save you. That is unAmerican. How about doing something to save yourself? Who is going to prevent you from building your own solar panels that you can connect to your home and immediately reduce your energy consumption from nonrenewable resources?

You can keep adding to your solar array until eventually, you might get to the point where you are off the grid. Or maybe you will stay on the grid so you can get the power companies to pay YOU for excess energy that you sell them!

That would be awesome; wouldn’t it? Wouldn’t it be so good if you did not need to ever be concerned about black outs or brown outs, and to move your family in the direction of real self sufficiency? What is to stop you from starting a garden and eating some real food again, even as you are building your solar panel do it yourself solar system.?

The Watt Power output of a Solar module is the number of watts output when it is illuminated under standard conditions. Watt Peak (Wp) is the direct current watts output of a solar module as measured under an Industry standardized Light Test.

Solar modules has dropped from around $27 Watt Peak (Wp) in 1982 to around $2.49 Wp today and can be expected to dive much further in the future. At $1 Wp, grid parity will have been achieved and Photovoltaics (PV) will be able to compete with the prevailing price of electricity.

Solar panels that cost less than $1 per watt to produce are on their way, as Colorado State University’s new method for low-cost, high-efficiency solar panels looks set to begin mass production. They will be sold for about $2 per watt to the public, about half the cost of current solar panels. The cost reduction comes from a new, continuous manufacturing process which uses cadmium telluride thin film rather than the more expensive crystalline silicon.

The lowest thin film module price is at $2.49 per watt (1.89 per watt) from a Germany-based retailer. As a general rule, it is typical to expect thin film modules to be at a price discount to crystalline silicon (for like module powers). As thin film manufacturers expand production, prices are expected to drop dramatically.

Thin Firm CdTe (Cadmium Telluride) semiconductor material also converts low and diffuse light to electricity more efficiently than conventional cells under cloudy weather and dawn and dusk conditions. As a result, Thin Firm CdTe (Cadmium Telluride) modules will generally produce more electricity under real world conditions than conventional solar modules with similar power ratings.

Thin-film solar technologies often use non-silicon semiconductor materials including copper, indium, gallium and selenium (CIGS) to create photovoltaic cells that convert sunlight into electricity. Without the expensive and often sparse silicon, the cells are cheaper in terms of materials costs. The non-silicon materials can also be printed on flexible or light substances, which can create new applications for solar. Many companies are using thin-film technology to produce low-cost solar panels. The cost reduction comes from a new, continuous manufacturing process which uses cadmium telluride thin film rather than the more expensive crystalline silicon. Non-silicon semiconductor materials including copper, indium, gallium and selenium (CIGS) used to create photovoltaic cells.

The measurement of kilowatt-hours per kilowatt installed is an important factor. Calculate the average total solar watt output per dollar outlay. In most cases, when you are reach $0.15/kWh or better, you are competitive with your electric company.

Two 80W panels in series gives you 160 W. You still have the same *current* as you get from one panel, but twice the voltage. There are inverters, battery banks and cabling costs to consider. Most families use between 4 and can run up to 20 Kwh per day for heavy users. A 1000w system would produce about 4 Kwh per day. Build your own solar panel with a do it yourself kit and discover this energy saving technology.

Harness free energy to create solar power for homes and to pay for your power needs. You can discover wind power kits and when you generate more energy than you consume, the power companywill pay you for the power!

Many would probably ask, What is zero point energy. It is not a commonly used term. But with electricity bills soaring and millions of average Americans out of work and looking for ways to reduce their household expenses, the term is becoming more common. The reason is that zero point energy is a technology that allows the user to generate electricity in their own homes that they can use to power the refrigerator, computer, television and other items in the house. With Zero point energy it is even possible to generate more electricity that you need and sell the excess back to the utility company.

You may ask why we would want to generate our own zero point energy. The technology sounds complicated and without special skills, how could I anyway, even if I wanted to? But, there are several good reasons to think seriously about generating zero point energy. One reason is the increased frequency of power outages and energy shortages in many areas. Popular cities keep getting bigger and peoples lives are ever increasing their use of energy with bigger houses and larger wide screen TV’s. The second reason to consider with Zero point energy is that it is really simple to make. No special skills are required and anybody can make a Zero point energy generator in just a few days. And it can power your appliances!

That’s right, With a few days of work putting together your zero point energy generator, you can begin to reduce your home electricity bill. It is also a great science project to do together with the kids. They can share results of the experience of making green energy with their classroom and teachers. By visiting the website free-magnet-energy.com, you can get information on the three most important sources of the plans for this technology. In addition there are free reports and other free resources that will help you get familiar with the zero point energy.

Everyday items and easily found parts can make Zero point energy a reality. The blue print gives readers a step by step guide on how exactly to construct the generator. There is also a parts list included so you will know precisely what to buy and in what quantities. Many items can be found right in your own home. With a little elbow grease and the power blueprint, regular people can build a generator that runs by itself, requires no combustible fluids or fuels, and generates 100% free energy to run virtually any appliance in your home.

One group of engineers, selling the Zero point energy kit explained the reason many are not aware of this technology. He says “I have had enormous hurdles in my research for free energy, and there were certain individuals who tried everything they could to stop me for releasing the plans to the generator which is giving me absolutely free energy. If everyone was to implement this device, the profits of the energy corporations would be greatly reduced. They wouldn’t want this to happen, they want to take YOUR money. Luckily, now you have a solution! Yes, as shocking as it sounds, big energy has tried to suppress this technology to guard their huge profits.

Zero point energy is a great solution for those that want to lower their power bill.

Have you ever thought about powering your entire house independent on the power companies? If you are interested to learn how to build solar panels, then you are on the right way to reduce your electricity bills. In this article, you will reveal some basic information about solar installers and how do-it-yourself (DIY) solar panel kits can help you.

What is the main challenge here?

With energy becoming rarer and rarer, it is time for each of us to try and create a little home made energy, and the e-book by Bill Ford titled “Home made energy” seems to be the right solution. Bill has experimented with all kinds of energy, and the book bears testimonial to the fact.

What is the optimal starting point?

I do not assume that you can build your own solar panel. So, the best way to save time and money is to opt for a good do-it-yourself guide. This way, you will have a written bible that can show you in a step-by-step manner what to do and what to buy. You should make sure that this guide is also understandable for people who do not have any technical background.

How can be do-it-yourself (DIY) guides help you?

Starting from simple windmills that can be used in the balcony of an apartment, right down to solar based electricity generators; you can build them all using do-it-yourself guide. There is even a case study of a man from California, who sells electricity he produces at home to the electric company, and makes a tidy little sum each month.

Do you have any financial risks to try such guides?

As with most of the best e-books on the internet, well-known vendors produce guides that are covered by a solid 60 day “no questions asked” refund policy, and that puts several of us at ease. So, you can get the guide and put it on use. If you are not satisfied, then no issues as you can get your money back.

What is the normal price of a good guide?

The guide itself is indeed affordable. Most well-known DIY guides are sold for the price range between $37 and $47. However, you should opt for a guide, which offers a concrete “to-buy” list. This helps to save y tremendous amount of money.

Are you interested to build your own solar panel? Are you looking to minimize your house costs by 60%? Then, today is your lucky day. After long weeks of trial and error, I succeeded to put my hands on the best optimal guide to the best solar power company. Uncover these secrets for FREE at: how to build a solar panel

Installing a solar power system is one of the easiest ways to add a renewable energy source to your home: try these great solar investments…

1) A solar thermal panel can be installed within a few hours and can heat all the water you need.

Even basic DIY skills are all that is needed to construct and fit these to the roof of your home and to adapt the existing water storage tanks and pumping.

2) Photo-voltaic cells producing electricity from solar energy are still prohibitively expensive for the average home user.

That said, if you’re as concerned about your impact on the larger environment through your energy use as in reducing your utility bills, there are solar power systems available that can produce up to 2 kilowatts of electricity.

So, for an investment of $15,000-$20,000, you get about a third of the average home’s electricity needs from the solar panels.

Payback will be over decades not years, but with technology improving all the time and prices dropping as production increases, this form of electricity generation is already on a par with oil based plants.

Many people now use solar power lights in their gardens. The lights are charged during the days and give off their light at night. However, such lights do not put out enough wattage to be of use indoors.

3) If you want to heat a pool, there are types of blankets offered by swimming pool suppliers which actually absorb heat and release this into the pool while it is being used.

4) The higher tech option is to add a solar collector into the current filtration system your pool uses. Between the filter and the return to the pool a solar panel can be installed to heat water on the way back.

Sounds simple and it is. In fact for the average DIY enthusiast and a few materials from the hardware store your current system can be adapted in a matter of hours.

5) A home solar powered oven is still a thing of the future but DIY cookers to replace the gas fired barbecue are simple and cheap to make.

In fact if you are prepared to wait for hours, roasting and baking boxes can be constructed for next to nothing.

Hikers can carry lightweight cookers for heating water in the wilderness without the risk of fire and as a project to demonstrate the power from the sun, this is one thing the whole family can be involved in just for fun.

Using solar power should be seen as a way of making yourself more self-sufficient. yes, it can cut the cost of your utility bills but using it means you also have the option of having your own electricity on tap should the main power grid fail for some reason.

Download our free money-saving ideas report and start cutting the cost of your utility bill.
Did you know that you can easily build photo voltaic panels at home?

Did you know that you can easily build photo voltaic panels at home?

Many individuals who are interested in alternative energy have been looking for a way to construct their personal solar panel, but regrettably this has not been the easiest thing to complete. Recently although, using the advent of thin-film technology, it has become feasible for anyone to construct solar panels in their home.

The most frequently produced solar panel that’s made by each and every single beginner is the copper photo voltaic cell. These solar cells use two sheets of copper as the electrodes; one of which has been coated with an oxide layer. Obtaining this oxide is as simple as heating up the sheep of copper on an electric stove and waiting for that oxidation to occur. However, these photo voltaic cells are no where near efficient enough for powering your house.

Next comes the infamous titanium dioxide thin-film photo voltaic panel. Whenever you see thin-film or silk screened solar panels, these are all based on titanium dioxide.

So what exactly is this titanium dioxide exactly? Nicely, if you’ve used sunscreen within the past, then you have been placing it right on your skin. The incredible ability of titanium dioxide is that it absorbs large quantities of visible light; especially those within the bandwidth that may harm your skin. In case you own a pair of sunglasses with a protective UV layer, then you might want to know that the transparent UV layer used is created from titanium dioxide.

Do not worry although, it is really perfectly safe for you. It’s even used in a number of edible items for example powdered sugar. Titanium dioxide is the only thing which will allows us to crease a color that is nearly pure white. It’s used to pigment powdered sugar as well as white home paints and so much more.

Titanium dioxide is really a semiconductor and when mixed with alcohol, it forms a paste that can be silk screened onto a piece of conductive glass inside a layer so thin it is nearly transparent. This semiconductor is capable of absorbing the light from the sun and with the assist of iodine, it can convert big quantities into usable electrical power for the home.

If you would like to construct photo voltaic panels in your own home, and are willing to do the extra worn necessary to make sure you have sufficient energy for your house, then the titanium dioxide thin-film solar panels are most certainly the method to go.

It is well established that the need to identify and develop alternative energy resources is essential for the future. The world cannot continue to rely on finite energy resources such as coal, oil, and gas. The burning of fossil fuels (coal, oil, gas) increases CO2 levels in the atmosphere which in turn causes global temperature and climate change.

Governments need to make the search for alternative fuel sources their primary objective. This is the only way that we can minimise the negative effects fossil fuels will have in our lives in the coming years. Our scientists need to create new innovative ways of harnessing the renewable energy resources that are all around us, so that we have an effective and accessible solution for everyone.

Much research has been performed in this area and action has been taken. Billions of dollars are being spent in labs all over the world on developing new renewable systems that will help us in the future. When we think of renewable energy we think of something new that is synonymous with innovation and discovery. The truth is that these resources are as old as the earth itself;we just lacked the will power and ingenuity to fully harness all that power. That has changed now. We can view renewable energy has being a new phenomenon due to the wonderful technologies that have recently been invented so as to harness its power. This energy harnessing technology is a modern scientific wonder, but harnessing renewable energy is certainly not a new discovery.

In the days of the first humans on earth, the humans would obtain energy through the food that they eat. As the early human evolved they learned how to develop tools and implements. These tools allowed them to further exploit energy to overcome their physical limitations. Further down the evolutionary timeline, humans developed an agrarian society where agrarian energy was harnessed and this led to the human race flourishing. The first sign of wind power being harnessed was seen in 3000BC. The Egyptians created the first sail, which harnessed the power of the wind. This aided transport and a new ‘Age of Discovery’ was born.

The harnessing of wind power was advanced by the creation of wind mills in the 1st century. One of the first records we have of a wind mill was the wind wheel developed by the Greek Engineer Heron of Alexandria. The advantages of wind power were very clear even at this early stage of development and wind mills quickly grew in popularity across the world. This popularity continues to this day. Wind turbines can be seen across every country and wind energy is one of the fastest growing energy resources on the planet. We have truly come a long way over the years.

Another terrific alternative energy is solar. it's easier than you think to make home made solar panels.

Alternative energy solar and how to make your own home made solar panels.

Solar DIY ( do-it yourself ) Save 80% to 100% On Your Utility Bill.]

The production of energy can have harmful effects on the environment like nuclear waste and other pollutants. Don’t think that all of this fossil fuel is going to last forever, because it will vanish sooner than we think. The convenience of fossil fuel is starting to vanish more and more and the time to start preparing for alternative energy is yesterday.

This is where alternative energy solar comes in: the sun is one resource which is available in large quantities and is constantly replenishing itself. You can effortlessly learn how to make home made solar panels. Now, the impressive thing about solar energy is that you can make the energy and use it at the same place that you produce the energy. When considering using solar energy those are the things to consider when you are making your own solar power.

These are some fantastic reasons why renewable solar energy is a excellent energy option. For starters, you will notice some real savings on your monthly utility bill (you may actually reach a point where you don’t use a utility company at all), also making your home a more valuable asset.

Are you aware there are number ways you can use alternative solar energy and not for heating your water and generating electricity for your castle. Once you think about all the alternative uses for solar energy that you can use for cooking, passive solar design, heating your spa or your pool. Also you can use it for security lights which means you could leave your lights on all night long for added safety and security and not even having to worry about energy costs.

When it comes to alternative energy solar you have a few different options, you can either install small solar projects such as solar lights, or use a solar cooker, or think about installing larger solar projects such as full scale photovoltaic solar generators.

More and more people are using a passive solar design when they are building a new home. People are now designing their homes and Gardens such that it will read loose American meeting and cooling bills by ten fold. When you take advantage of renewable solar energy technology you will save a bunch of money by not having to maintain and purchase new equipment.

Utilizing passive design is often a more effective way of utilizing solar power, rather than adding solar technologies to a home – which despite your best efforts may not be entirely energy efficient.

Did you know the technology that is used for renewable solar energy are both photovoltaic cells. The two layers of silicone which are semi conductors, are also referred as photovoltaic cells. Make sure if you hire a contractor that they have a complete understanding of the photovoltaic technology.

You might not feel comfortable unless you have a do it yourself projects on the go, then doing an alternative energies so a project might just be the right thing for you. Some people like to start off with home made solar panels first then move on to either to wind or magnetic energy to cover all the bases. There are a range of projects online which take hardly any time and are a fun activity.

Utilizing alternative solar energy is one of the greatest ideas of our time, and you may even want to take advantage of both solar and wind technology.

You can also take advantage of tax credits and subsidies that are available. While building your home made solar panels and other renewable energy projects. Make sure to check out the information that is that is available on the database of state incentives for renewable energy www.dsire.org. Which means you can find out exactly what incentives and subsidies are available in your area.
